Juliann, this made me cry. You summed up everything we have all been feeling these last four, almost five years. I’m about to sign papers on a new vehicle and found myself crying because Dad & Mom bought me my Mustang, and I remember someone telling him it was a “John Deere car” because of the color… of course he loved that! My car has been my baby for the past seven years, and I somewhat feel it was his too.

I have found a way to go on each day without crying and as I am sad to admit, I don’t think about him everyday like I did for the first two years after he passed. Although, it has been different for the past couple months with everything that has happened (your accident and mine.)It seems the WHOLE situation would have been different if he was still here.

Thanks for the blog, I needed it.

I received a survival kit from my cousin and aunt as a bridal shower present. This is AMAZING! She used a cute white tote that said Bride on the front. This was a very cute idea…I did use numerous items on my wedding day…but it was also nice to have around the house after the wedding too! Do add tweezers and a nail clipper as well.

I love the Bling Bling Ring Game! Another popular game at bridal showers and bachelorette parties is everyone buys a pair of underwear that represents them and the bride-to-be has to guest who each pair of underwear belongs to. And of course the bride-to-be gets some new underwear for her honeymoon!!!
